Cancellation & Refund Policy
Version 0.1 draft · Not yet in effect
Draft — owner review and legal approval required
This document is a structural draft prepared for review. It has not been approved by a solicitor and does not yet form a binding agreement. Sections marked [TO BE CONFIRMED] require genuine company, jurisdiction or policy information before publication.
Three different kinds of money can be involved in a trip, and one policy cannot govern all three. This document keeps them apart. The figures and windows are not yet set.
1. Our concierge service fee
This is what you pay us for designing your trip and running the concierge desk. It is our own fee and it is the only amount this policy can control. Its refund window and any non-refundable portion are [TO BE CONFIRMED].
2. Third-party venue and supplier deposits
Many Dubai venues require a deposit or a minimum spend to hold a table, a day bed, a vessel or a vehicle. That money belongs to the venue or supplier, not to us. Where a deposit has been paid to a supplier, recovering it depends entirely on that supplier's own rules.
3. Supplier cancellation terms
Each supplier sets its own cancellation notice, penalties and no-show treatment. Those terms apply to your reservation with that supplier and are not altered by anything in this policy. We will always tell you the terms we have been given before you commit.
4. What happens when you cancel
Tell us as early as you can. We will contact each supplier, tell you exactly what each one says, and confirm in writing what has been cancelled. Some changes cannot be made without a supplier's agreement, and we will not tell you something is cancelled until the supplier has confirmed it.
5. Statutory rights
Any statutory cancellation rights that apply to you are unaffected by this policy. Which statutory regime applies is [TO BE CONFIRMED] and depends on where the company is established.
