Draft — owner review and legal approval required
This document is a structural draft prepared for review. It has not been approved by a solicitor and does not yet form a binding agreement. Sections marked [TO BE CONFIRMED] require genuine company, jurisdiction or policy information before publication.
This site is deliberately light on browser storage. Everything currently stored is strictly necessary to make the service work, which is why you are not asked to consent to tracking you are not being subjected to.
Strictly necessary
Staff sign-in session. When a member of our team signs in to the operations console, the authentication provider stores a session token in that browser. Without it, staff cannot stay signed in.
Your saved trip. Your browser keeps the private link to a trip you designed so that you can return to it. It contains no payment data, and clearing your browser storage removes it.
Analytics
We do not load a third-party analytics script, and we do not set analytics cookies. The hosting platform counts page requests on its own infrastructure, in aggregate, without identifying you. Product milestones — an itinerary being designed, for example — are counted without your name, email, phone number or private trip link.
Marketing and advertising
None. There are no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels and no social tracking on this site. If that ever changes we will ask for your consent first, before any non-essential script loads, and this notice will be updated in the same release.
Consent
Because nothing non-essential is loaded, there is no consent banner. We would rather show you nothing than show you a banner that asks permission for tracking that does not exist.
