Cookie Notice
Version 1.0 · Effective 19 August 2026
This site is deliberately light on browser storage. Everything we store is strictly necessary to make the service work, which is why you are not asked to consent to tracking you are not being subjected to.
1. What we store
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Staff sign-in sessionStrictly necessary | Keeps a member of our team signed in to the operations console | Until sign-out, or up to 30 days |
| Your saved trip linkStrictly necessary | Lets you return to the itinerary you designed on this device | Until you clear your browser storage |
| Referral recordStrictly necessary for our partner programme | Credits the partner who referred you, where you arrived through a partner link | 60 days from your first visit |
None of these contain payment details, and none are sold or shared with advertisers. Your saved trip link is held in your browser's own storage rather than in a cookie, and it is the only reason a trip you designed reappears when you come back.
2. Analytics
We do not load a third-party analytics script and we do not set analytics cookies. Our hosting platform counts page requests on its own infrastructure, in aggregate, without identifying you. Product milestones, such as an itinerary being designed, are counted without your name, email address, contact number or private trip link.
3. Marketing and advertising
None. There are no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels and no social tracking on this site. If that ever changes we will ask for your consent first, before any non-essential script loads, and this notice will be updated in the same release.
4. Partner referral tracking
If you arrive through a partner or creator link, we record which partner sent you so that their commission can be credited correctly. The record lasts 60 days, holds a partner code rather than a profile of you, and is used for nothing else. Using a partner's code at the point of enquiry takes priority over any earlier link.
5. Consent and control
Because nothing non-essential is loaded, there is no consent banner. We would rather show you nothing than ask permission for tracking that does not exist. You can clear everything at any time through your browser settings, which will sign our team out and remove your saved trip link from that device. Your trip itself is not deleted by clearing your browser, and you can always ask us for the link again.
6. More information
How we handle the personal information behind these records is set out in our Privacy Notice. If anything here is unclear, ask us using the contact details below and we will explain it in plain terms.
