Terms of Service
Version 0.1 draft · Not yet in effect
Draft — owner review and legal approval required
This document is a structural draft prepared for review. It has not been approved by a solicitor and does not yet form a binding agreement. Sections marked [TO BE CONFIRMED] require genuine company, jurisdiction or policy information before publication.
These terms describe the relationship between you and the company operating this service. They are drafted conservatively and must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before the business accepts customers.
1. Who we are
The service is operated by [TO BE CONFIRMED] (legal entity name, company number, registered office and jurisdiction). Those details will be published here and in the site footer once the company is genuinely incorporated and confirmed.
2. What we provide
We provide trip design and concierge assistance: we build an itinerary for Dubai based on the information you give us, and — where you engage our concierge — we approach venues and suppliers on your behalf.
We are not the provider of the restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, vehicles, vessels or experiences that appear in an itinerary. Those services are supplied by independent third parties under their own terms.
3. Itineraries are proposals, not reservations
An item appearing in your itinerary does not mean it is reserved. A reservation exists only once we have told you, in writing, that it is confirmed and given you a confirmation reference.
4. Estimates
Cost forecasts are estimates based on the best information we hold. They are not quotations and not price guarantees unless we state otherwise in writing.
5. Your information
You agree that the details you provide — party size, dates, ages, dietary needs and preferences — are accurate. Venue admission, age policies and dress codes are enforced by the venue, not by us.
6. Fees and payment
Concierge packages are offered at £499 (Concierge) and £999 (Luxury). Private Office is arranged by enquiry on bespoke commercial terms. At present no payment is taken through this website; requests are logged and handled by a person. Payment terms, invoicing and refund handling are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy and remain [TO BE CONFIRMED] pending approval.
7. Liability
Liability provisions, limitations and exclusions are [TO BE CONFIRMED]. They must be drafted for the jurisdiction in which the company is finally established and must reflect the regulatory position for travel-related services in that jurisdiction.
8. Governing law
Governing law and the forum for disputes are [TO BE CONFIRMED]. We make no representation as to jurisdiction until professional advice has been received.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version number and effective date at the top of this page always identify the version in force.
