Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective 19 August 2026
These terms set out the agreement between you and My Guy Dubai when you use this website, ask us to design a Dubai itinerary, or engage us to arrange the bookings in it. Please read them before you engage our service, because by engaging us you accept them.
1. Who we are
This service is provided by My Guy Dubai ("My Guy Dubai", "we", "us", "our"), a trip design and trip arrangement service for visitors to Dubai. You can reach us through the contact details published on this website, and any notice you send us should use one of those channels.
References to "you" mean the person engaging our service and, where you are planning for a group, every member of that group on whose behalf you act. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.
2. What we provide
We provide two things. First, trip design: we build a Dubai itinerary around the information you give us, including your dates, party, budget, pace and the experiences you care about. Second, trip arrangement: where you engage us for it, we approach venues and suppliers on your behalf, request availability, negotiate what we can, and manage every arrangement through to confirmation.
We are not the provider of the restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, spas, vehicles, vessels, drivers, guides or experiences that appear in an itinerary. Those are supplied by independent third parties under their own terms, and your contract for each of them is with that supplier. My Guy Dubai does not sell packaged holidays, flights or travel insurance.
3. Itineraries are proposals, not reservations
An item appearing in your itinerary is a proposal. It does not mean it is held, booked or reserved. A reservation exists only once we have told you in writing that it is confirmed and given you a confirmation reference for it.
Dubai venues change their opening hours, layouts, minimum spends and policies frequently and often without notice. Where something we proposed is no longer available, we will tell you and offer the closest alternative we can genuinely arrange.
4. Estimates and costs
Cost forecasts shown on this website and in your itinerary are estimates prepared from the best information we hold at the time. They are not quotations and not price guarantees unless we state otherwise in writing.
Amounts payable to third parties, such as venue minimum spends, deposits, table spends, charter fees, service charges, municipality fees and VAT, are set by those third parties and are payable in addition to our fee. Where a supplier requires payment from you directly, we will tell you before you commit.
5. Your information and responsibilities
You agree that the details you give us are accurate and complete, including dates, party size, ages, dietary requirements, accessibility needs and preferences. We plan from what you tell us, and an inaccurate detail can make an arrangement impossible to honour.
You are responsible for your own travel documents, visas, insurance and health requirements, and for arriving at each arrangement on time. Venue admission, age policies, identification checks and dress codes are enforced by the venue, not by us, and we cannot be responsible for a refusal of entry on those grounds.
You agree to behave lawfully and respectfully at every venue, and to respect the laws and customs of the United Arab Emirates. We may decline or withdraw from a request that we consider unlawful, unsafe, or likely to place a guest, a supplier or our team at risk.
6. Fees and payment
Our service levels are Select at £499 and Signature at £999. Private Office is arranged by enquiry on bespoke commercial terms agreed with you in writing before any work begins. Our fee covers the design of your trip and our work arranging it. It never includes the cost of the venues, suppliers or experiences themselves.
Our fee is payable when you engage the service, and we will confirm the amount and the payment method in writing. Where the website does not take payment at the point of request, your request is logged and a member of our team confirms the fee with you before work starts. Fees are stated in pounds sterling; where a payment is made in another currency, your bank's exchange rate and charges apply.
Refunds and cancellation of our fee are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Changes and cancellations
Tell us as early as you can if your plans change. We will contact each affected supplier, tell you exactly what each one says, and confirm in writing what has been changed or cancelled. We will never tell you something is cancelled until the supplier has confirmed it to us.
Deposits and minimum spends already paid to a venue or supplier belong to that party, and whether they can be recovered depends on that party's own terms. Supplier cancellation notice periods, penalties and no-show rules apply to your reservation with that supplier and are not altered by these terms.
8. Liability
We will carry out our service with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for our own work: the design of your itinerary, the accuracy of what we report back to you, and the arrangements we say we have confirmed.
We are not liable for the acts, omissions, quality, safety or cancellation decisions of independent suppliers, nor for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, sea conditions, closures, licensing decisions, strikes, transport disruption, illness or government action.
Except where liability cannot lawfully be limited, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fee you have paid us for the trip concerned. We are not liable for loss of enjoyment beyond that limit, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
The itinerary we prepare for you, together with this website, its structure, copy, imagery and the planning tools within it, remain our intellectual property. You may use your itinerary for your own trip and share it with your party. You may not resell it, publish it as your own, or use it to operate a competing service.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In short: we use the details you give us to design your trip, to arrange it with suppliers, and to keep you updated about it.
11. Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us as soon as possible using the contact details on this website, and while you are still in Dubai where the issue concerns a live arrangement. That gives us the best chance to put it right. We will acknowledge a complaint within 5 working days and give you a substantive response within 28 days.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
Arrangements performed in Dubai are also subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and to the terms of the supplier providing them.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version number and effective date at the top of this page always identify the version in force, and the version in force when you engaged us is the one that applies to your trip. If a provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
