My Guy Dubai Service Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective 19 August 2026
These terms describe how the My Guy Dubai service actually works, day to day. They are written to be honest rather than flattering. They sit underneath our Terms of Service, which govern the wider agreement between us; where the two differ on a commercial point, the Terms of Service prevail.
1. What the service is
My Guy Dubai provides trip design and trip arrangement for visitors to Dubai. We build the itinerary, we approach venues and suppliers on your behalf, and we manage the arrangements around your trip through to confirmation. We are an intermediary and an adviser. We do not own or operate the restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, spas, vessels or vehicles in your plan.
2. Appearing on an itinerary is not a reservation
Everything in a designed itinerary starts as a proposal. Nothing is held, booked or guaranteed simply because it appears in your plan, and we will never describe it as booked while it is still a proposal.
3. Reservations depend on third-party availability
Tables, day beds, vessels, vehicles, suites and experiences are subject to the supplier's availability at the moment we request them. Popular Dubai venues refuse requests, hold back allocation, or require minimum spends and specific party compositions. Where a first choice is refused, we tell you and offer the closest alternative we can genuinely arrange.
4. Suppliers have their own terms
Each venue or supplier applies its own terms, admission rules, dress codes, age policies and conduct requirements, and those terms govern your use of their service. We will tell you the material ones we have been given before you commit, but they are enforced at the door by the venue and not by us.
5. Deposits and cancellations may sit with the supplier
A deposit or minimum spend paid to a supplier is separate from our service fee, and that supplier's cancellation terms apply to it. This is set out in full in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Forecasts are estimates
Cost forecasts, minimum-spend indications and price ranges are estimates prepared from the information we hold at the time. They are not quotations and not price guarantees unless we state so in writing. Venue pricing in Dubai moves with the season, the day of the week and the event calendar.
7. Confirmation only exists when we say it does
An arrangement is confirmed only when we tell you it is confirmed and give you a reference for it. Until then it is requested, held, or awaiting the supplier, and your trip portal will describe it in exactly those words. We would rather show you an uncomfortable status than a reassuring one that is not true.
8. Your information must be accurate
Names, party size, ages, dates, hotel and any dietary or access requirements must be correct. Venues enforce their own policies on arrival, and a single inaccurate detail can cost your group an entry. Tell us as soon as anything changes.
9. Changes and cancellations need supplier action
We can request a change at any time, but we cannot impose one. Some changes require the supplier's agreement and may carry a cost, which we will always tell you before accepting it on your behalf.
10. How we communicate with you
We work by email and by your contact number, and everything material is confirmed in writing so you have a record of it. Your private trip portal is the single source of truth for what has been requested, what is confirmed and what needs a decision from you. Keep your private link safe: anyone holding it can view your trip.
11. What we will not do
We will decline or withdraw from a request that is unlawful, unsafe, or likely to put a guest, a supplier or our team at risk, and we will not misrepresent a group to a venue in order to secure a booking. We expect guests to respect the laws and customs of the United Arab Emirates.
12. Service levels and Private Office
Select at £499 and Signature at £999 cover the design of your trip and our work arranging it, never the cost of the venues themselves. Private Office engagements are arranged by enquiry and may be governed by bespoke commercial terms agreed in writing for that engagement; where those terms conflict with this document, the bespoke terms take precedence.
13. Liability, complaints and governing law
Liability, complaints handling and governing law are set out in our Terms of Service. In short: we are responsible for our own work, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, and our total liability is limited to the fee you have paid us for the trip concerned.
